ROWIAL Could you think of a singer-songwriter goddess excelling (a combination of) J. Mitchell, T. Amos and Björk, whom she calls her songwriting mums? (I.m.o. K. Bush had to be mentioned too. No Tori without Kate!). Becca S. with her very good band is overwhelming. Already here with her 2nd album. Get it, love it and discover what Becca 's done after ’Weightless’.

Deidre House Some delicious indie folk-pop with a catchiness that defies its depth and complexity. Arrangments that feel very rich without sacrificing the intimate quality of a smaller ensemble, filled out with vocal harmonies. The covers on here are better than the original versions if you ask me. Favorite track: There Is A Light That Never Goes Out.
